LAST UPDATED: 16 JULY 2026Avrostay is in development. The only personal data we collect right now comes from the early-access form on this site. This page describes exactly what happens to it.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Avrostay.

Avrostay is an early-stage project and is not yet incorporated. Details of the legal entity will be published here before the product goes live.
What we collect
Only what you type into the early-access form yourself:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your property type;
- number of rooms (optional);
- the language of the page you signed up from.
Nothing else. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising pixels, no profiling. The site loads no resources from third-party servers — the fonts are served from our own server — so simply opening this page sends no data about you to anyone else.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use the data only to contact you when Avrostay is ready to onboard its first properties. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the form.
We do not use it for anything else, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties.
Where it is stored
On a server in the European Union, rented from DigitalOcean. The data is not transferred outside the EU.
How long we keep it
We delete your data as soon as you ask us to. Otherwise we keep it for no longer than 24 months after signup, or until we contact you at launch — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is your language preference, and only if you click BG or EN yourself — that is strictly functional, triggered solely by your own action, and so requires no consent. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Avrostay is pre-launch, and the scope of data we process will grow once the product is live — the policy will be rewritten at that point.
